Members of the AJFB/FBLS will recall the interesting discussion last December with Judge Douglas Ginsburg of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, one of America’s most senior judges. Ian Forrester and Judge Ginsburg discussed a number of important constitutional questions. These have not become less important during the last six months. Judge Ginsburg is going to be in Edinburgh later this month and we are delighted to report that he is willing to have another “fireside chat” with Ian during his visit. We will meet in the apartment of Ian Forrester and expect that a number of other legal luminaries may be present as well.
